This course gives specific information about practical anatomy and movement. Students will gain ease in performing and learn how improved coordination enables them to avoid fatigue, technical limitation, and injury. Course objectives are as follows: to explore the principles of Body Mapping; to examine and correct errors in individual body maps; to identify and eliminate habitual patterns of tension; and to explore the effects of the Body Mapping principles on performance.
