ARTS 038 - The Archive as Form and Content Semester Offered: Second Semester, First Module Half Course Credits: 2 Credits Attribute: 2HU
This first module course focuses on the role of archives, collections and material traces in shaping memory. Artworks that treat the archive as its content and form will be discussed. Students will work with their personal memory, develop methodologies for intervening in existing archives and inventing new ones. This course has no prerequisite except an interest in multiple ways of interpreting the past, the present and the future. Enrollment Limit: 10 Instructor: I.
