POLT 309 - JusticeFC SSCI WADV 4 credits A seminar devoted to a consideration of major classic and modern theories of justice, and their application to contemporary issues such as affirmative action, disability, same-sex marriage, reproductive rights, and economic fairness. A previous course in political theory or constitutional law is recommended but not required. Substantial class participation expected. Prerequisites & Notes: Counts towards CAST and GSFS major.
