DANC 235 - Making Group Work

This intermediate-level composition class is designed for students who are inspired to create choreography for multiple performers. All genres of dance are welcome, although students are expected to have some prior experience with making their own work. Drawing on insights from texts such as Art and Fear, A Director Prepares, and A Choreographers Handbook, we will explore exercises and creativity games as material for developing group dances.
