A ten-session, weekly seminar that explores a variety of career-development topics. Classes on professional and personal strategies for creating a successful life in music include: collaboration techniques, opportunity recognition, transforming criticism into critical thinking, professional protocol, branding and networking, and cultivating meaning and community engagement through music. Each weekly class identifies an area for development, followed by individual and/or group exercises that utilize the concepts presented.
