LEAD 121 - Stress Management Tools for WellnessCC This class will help participants increase their resilience and improve their effectiveness by teaching tools for managing difficult emotions and facing stressful and anxiety-triggering situations. Students will learn relaxation strategies while also practicing acceptance for what is beyond their control, and commitment to values-based action. This class is recommended for students who want to improve their stress management, as well as those interested in the mental health professions.
