ARTS 113 - Intro: Variations in Mark-MakingFC ARHU 4 credits This course is an introductory and immersive study in mark-making through drawing, print, and digital output. Over the course of the semester, you will be introduced to and asked to examine, the global conditions of contemporary mark-making as it records the emotive, imagined, and translated record of our lived experience[s], individually and culturally. During this course, you will experiment with applied marks through line, texture, color, and form in various scales. You will reflect on that experience, its results, and its implications through group and individual discussion. Does this course require off campus field trips? No
