CHEM 102 - Principles of Chemistry

Equilibrium, thermodynamics, reaction rates, and mechanisms. Students must register for both lecture and laboratory. Placement in CHEM 102 is based either on 1) prior completion of CHEM 101 with a C- or above, 2) the General Chemistry Entrance Survey available on Blackboard, or 3) AP, IB, or A-level scores. All students placing directly into CHEM 102 must take the General Chemistry Entrance Survey on Blackboard.

Prerequisites: CHEM 101.
