Third-year Chinese. This course aims to develop skills in reading, aural comprehension, speech, and writing. Vocabulary expansion and control of grammatical patterns are emphasized. Materials to be used include articles on various topics related to contemporary China. Taught in Chinese.

Prerequisites: CHIN 202.

This course is appropriate for new students based on placement exam.
