FCARHU4 credits How has audiovisual storytelling changed from the neoclassical 1990s to the age of streaming? This advanced seminar explores narrative craft from an industry perspective with an emphasis on changing communication platforms and corresponding changes in the public sphere. Students will hone their understanding of narrative technique through in-class viewings and conduct self-directed research into the political, legal, and economic contexts for narrative entertainment. CINE 282 strongly encouraged.
