ATHL 203 - Swim ConditioningCC 0.5 credits Those who feel comfortable in the water, can swim both front and back crawl, and want to improve efficiency of stroke while building endurance should choose this class. Overall conditioning will be improved through aerobic and anaerobic training in the water. Workouts are written with individuals in mind. Must be able to swim to enroll.
