ATHL 143 - Walking FitnessCC 0.5 credits A module-length course designed for those needing motivation to get out and walk and learn proper walking form, stretching techniques, injury prevention, and a variety of routes on campus and in and around Oberlin. The goal of the course is to improve general fitness.
