FCNSMA4 credits This course investigates the wide variety of plant forms and the molecular mechanisms that generate them, and provides a conceptual framework for understanding plant development that includes an evolutionary perspective. The course also includes a required laboratory, in which students will participate in an area of active research. Some out-of-class hours for lab work will be required. This course was formerly taught as BIOL 221.
