ENVS 431 - Seminar in Sustainability in Agriculture
FCSSCIQFRWADV4 credits This seminar examines the sustainability of agricultural production in the U.S. and elsewhere in the world from the economics perspective. We will discuss what makes the food system sustainable: farmers’ incentives, government policies, and ecological and community issues. Students will write, revise, and present an original research paper related to these topics.
