PSYC 315 - Advanced Methods in Qualitative ResearchFC SSCI 4 credits Students will gain experience exploring qualitative research questions, collecting and analyzing data, and writing research reports in the style and format of the American Psychological Association. Qualitative approaches may include thematic analysis, phenomenology, grounded theory, and narrative analysis. We will discuss the philosophical assumptions that underlie qualitative research, as well as the strengths and limitations of qualitative research methods.
Prerequisites: PSYC 100 and PSYC 200. Undergraduate Research Intensive
