ECON 343 - International Finance

This course explores aspects of finance applicable to non-US economies, as well as cross-border financial flows and transactions. The first part of the course covers private-sector financial transactions and flows covering both corporate and M&A activity as well as asset and financial markets. The second part will cover topics on cross-border spillovers of policy, international financial regulation, and sovereign debt. Recommended Preparation: ECON 341 (previously taught as ECON 315). This course was previously taught as ECON 306.

Prerequisites: ECON 241, ECON 251 and ECON 253.
