In this course, students will learn about a variety of leadership styles and how they can be applied in different situations. Through interactive student-led discussions and case-study examples, students will gain a solid understanding of each style’s characteristics and principles. By reflecting on their own experiences, students will develop the skills to recognize their personal leadership preferences and effectively apply them in diverse professional environments.
