PSYC 223 - Lifespan Developmental PsychologyFC SSCI 4 credits Lifespan developmental psychology is the study of age-related change in psychological processes across the lifespan. This course examines biological, cognitive, and social development of humans from conception, childhood, and adolescence, through to adulthood and, ultimately, death. Students will read both secondary sources and primary scientific literature. There is a strong emphasis on critical thinking, writing, and interpersonal communication.
Prerequisites: PSYC 100 or NSCI 201.
