NSCI 307 - Neuroendocrinology Lab

This laboratory course will provide hands-on experience with experimental techniques used to investigate the interactions between the nervous and endocrine systems. Topics will include the analysis of stress hormones, reproductive hormone cycles, neuropeptide expression, and the behavioral effects of hormones in animal models. Students will learn and practice skills in immunohistochemistry, ELISA, microscopy, behavioral observation, and data analysis, gaining familiarity with the tools and methods essential to neuroendocrine research.

Prerequisites: NSCI 211.
