EXCO 119 - Cook4ThemCo

Together, we will learn basic cooking skills with the goal of developing sufficient comfort and confidence in the kitchen to imagine, plan for and cook meals that are filling and delicious. This course will focus on cooking as a form of mutual aid, and throughout the course we will discuss the crucial role food sovereignty and community building play in cooking for ourselves and others. The class will consist of weekly cooking lessons in which all students will work together to understand a basic cooking ingredient or skill.
