EXCO 121 - LiveWellCo 1 credit This is a self-help course with practical solutions to better you and your life. Much of it is focused on interpersonal relationships. You will learn science-based wisdom for a life well lived.
This course explores human development from numerous vantage points, including: meaning of/in life, thriving dyadic relationship models, happiness, consciousness, intentionality, focus, non-violent communication, forgiveness, fear, responsibility, integrity, group dynamics, conflict resolution, empowered (“clean”) communication, collaboration, consensus building, various models of love, and much more. In collaboration with the resources from A Meaning of Life.org, we will consider science-based wisdom for a life well lived. This course aims to offer a toolbelt of philosophies and practices that can be utilized within families, romantic relationships, friendships, roommate relationships, work environments, co-ops, and beyond to enhance communication and cooperation, as well as strategies to improve the self when we’re alone.
