HCARHU2 credits This theoretical component to Physical Mindfulness will require substantive readings to provide more detail and depth in our explorations of subtle breathing practices, Body-Mind Centering, Cranial-Sacral therapy, and development movement. The students enrolled in this class will develop their own Physical Mindfulness practice and write a 7-10 page paper outlining its goals and techniques.
Prerequisites: None. Corequisite: DANC 204A. This course is appropriate for new students.
