CRWR 326 - Formas breves: Fiction Workshop in Spanish
FCARHUCDWADV4 credits This workshop takes Latin American short stories from the 20th and 21st centuries as a springboard for writing short fiction in Spanish. Students will be expected to submit weekly responses to the readings and creative prompts, complete longer pieces, and carefully discuss each other’s work at regular, assigned intervals. A substantial portfolio of completed work will be due at the end of the term. Admission will be based on an interview with the instructor. Taught in Spanish.
Prerequisites: HISP 304 and/or advanced language placement and two 200-level CRWR courses. This course is cross-listed with HISP-326
