This class will develop (1) advanced physical bowling versatility in the areas of static and dynamic releases, speed, and loft, as well as maintenance of proper ball fit; (2) advanced strategic bowling versatility in the areas of lane play and spare systems; (3) effective goal-setting skills; and (4) an understanding of psychological skills (including imagery and strategies for coping with distractions) used by athletes, and their usefulness in other areas of life.
