ARST 131 - Introduction to Sculpture: Design & Fabrication

An introduction to sculpture through a series of projects, each focused on a different material and its corresponding design & fabrication process. Projects include wood working, 3D printing and plaster casting. Students spend most class time working on their projects. Students present and discuss their work with the class. Students photograph their work and develop a portfolio of 3D art.

This course is appropriate for new students.
