PSYC 226 - Educational Psychology

Educational psychology is the study of human learning. This course examines social, emotional, and cognitive learning processes in formal and informal learning environments. Topics include motivation and engagement, self-regulation, mathematical thinking, reading comprehension, learning technologies, and neurodiversity. There is a strong emphasis on critical thinking, writing, and interpersonal communication.

Prerequisites: PSYC 100 or NSCI 201.
