This class introduces students to contemporary dance through technique, creativity, and choreographic exploration. Students will develop fundamental movement, including alignment, breath control, and weight transfer. They will explore floor work, contact improvisation, and creative exercises to develop their own movement vocabulary and performance skills. Intended for musical theater majors.
