This class focuses on refining technique, exploring intricate choreography, and honing performance skills all while enhancing artistry, athleticism, and musicality. Touching on the stylistic nuances of jazz dance, including complex turns, leaps, syncopated rhythms, and expressive storytelling through movement. Students will learn how to hold themselves in a professional dance audition through simulated dance calls and picking up choreography quickly. Intended for musical theater majors.
