This course utilizes board games and class activities as immersive simulators to explore the fundamental pillars of business strategy: balancing exploration and exploitation, managing interdependence, navigating competition, and mitigating risk. Each session deconstructs the mechanics of play to uncover deep insights into strategic management and organization theories. Students then engage in low-stakes gameplay to internalize these insights through direct experience. For newcomers, the course provides a strong foundation to begin their journey into business studies, while for advanced learners, it serves to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.
