COMP 100 - Composition for Non-Majors

A course designed for students not majoring in composition. The purpose of the course is to provide those with limited prior background in composition the opportunity to experience musical structure and coherence through writing. The class meets as a group but the compositional problems of each individual will receive attention as needed. May be repeated for credit.

Prerequisites: MUTH 101 and (MUTH 120 or MUTH 131).
