COMP 100 - The Craft of Composition

First and Second Semester. A course designed for students not majoring in composition. The purpose of the course is to provide those with limited prior background in composition the opportunity to experience musical structure and coherence through writing. The class meets as a group but the compositional problems of each individual will receive attention as needed.
