Students who count only 2.5 full courses toward the breadth of study requirement must take at least 2.5 full elective courses in order to fulfill the minimum course requirement of the minor.
Declaring the Minor
Students planning to minor in dance must secure the approval of a program of study from the chair. At that time, students will provisionally specify those courses that will meet the elective requirement.
Learning about the body through a variety of movement practices and theoretical approaches which develop kinesthetic awareness and understanding of how the body functions.
