- The first major committee consists of four prepared songs. During the committee, the student will select one song to perform and the voice faculty will select a second song from the four songs.
- The second major committee consists of six prepared songs. During the committee, the student will select one song to perform and the voice faculty will select a second song from the six songs.
Production Requirements
- Students are required to assist backstage, or in the creation of, at least one Oberlin Music Theater production. This requirement can be fulfilled in either the fall or spring semester.
- Students are required to appear onstage in at least one Oberlin Music Theater production. This requirement can be fulfilled in either the fall or spring semester.
Senior Recital/Showcase
- The senior showcase is a performance resulting from a collaborative process where each student will act, sing, create, and design at the highest level to form a complete showcase performance.
