ATHL 127 - Running Conditioning Semester Offered: First Semester, Second Module, Second Semester, First Module Credits (Range): 0.5 hours Attribute: 0.5EX A modular course designed for the beginning to the advanced runner in which students will learn proper running form, stretching techniques, injury prevention and workout routines and routes in and around Oberlin.
