FCARHUWINT4 credits The lyric poem has always had a close but mysterious relationship to music and song. This course will investigate these relationships by reading and writing lyrics, both in the poetic and musical sense of the word. Writing will include interpretive analysis and poetic exercises. Prerequisites & Notes: Two 200-level English courses or consent of the professor.
