DANC 204 - Physical MindfulnessFC ARHU 4 credits In this course we will explore a number of body/mind practices (including yoga, authentic movement, Body-Mind Centering and improvisational dance) in order to become more aware of how we live in the world through our bodies. Recognizing that how we move both reflects and affects how we think about the world, we will bring attention and intention to our experiences of embodiment, as well as our relations with other people and with our environment. This course is appropriate for new students.
