POLT 374 - Elections and Voting in the United StatesFC SSCI 4 credits In this seminar, students will explore how politicians and the public approach elections and voting in the United States. The goal of this course is to engage critically with foundational and current literature on the explanations of how Americans make voting decisions and the behavior of politicians in their desire to win, and keep, office. Students will develop research ideas focused on course topics and will write a full research paper for class.
