Movement exercises in breathwork, core control, alignment, stability, mobility and balance encourage musculoskeletal exploration and awareness. Much of the course is informed by the Pilates method but students will have the opportunity to learn about a range of other somatic practices and traditions. This course is appropriate for new students.
