ARST 850 - Intro to 4D: Rendering Image, Time, & Motion
FCARHUPRAX4 credits In art, the fourth dimension can be broadly defined as time-based media. This course will introduce students to lens-based media and time-based artwork. Students will work with tools such as digital cameras, audio recorders, projectors, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other mechanisms to create projects that investigate how the artist modifies the perception of time, space and motion. This course is designed to give students a broad overview of digital imaging and moving image devices for use across disciplines.
