LEAD 122 - Winter Term Teaching Assistant Preparation

This course is open to students who have completed a Center for Student Success Winter Term group project and wish to serve as a teaching assistant for that project the following year. Students will work with the project sponsor to explore effective pedagogy, including lesson planning, facilitation techniques, and mentorship strategies. Upon completion, students will be prepared to assist in leading discussions and other classroom activities, providing feedback on written reflections, and guiding Winter Term students in planning and implementing outreach activities.
