HCNSMAQFR2 credits This course navigates the application of fundamental statistical and data science techniques to real-world workforce challenges, such as employee performance, turnover, and collaboration. Through hands-on exercises, students will apply quantitative methods to analyze HR data, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making. By the end of the module, students will understand how managers can leverage statistical and data science tools to make informed and effective organizational decisions. This course assumes that students have basic knowledge of statistics and proficiency in R.
