The Middle East and North Africa Studies Program (MENA) at Oberlin College is an interdisciplinary field that draws upon faculty and courses across the social sciences and humanities. It offers courses covering Islamic history, modern politics, economic development, legal systems, urban changes, cinema, and art in a wide geographical area. The program also provides multiple study away, Winter Term, and summer opportunities to travel to the region.
