Jazz Performance Major: Jazz Trumpet Concentration


The jazz performance major: jazz trumpet concentration consists of a minimum of 160 credits, a private study committee examination requirement, and a performance requirement.

Note: No credit with a grade lower than D may be counted toward the requirements of the concentration.

Jazz Forum


Student-formed small ensembles perform each week for one another and offer critical, constructive feedback. The events are open to the public, and attendance is required of all jazz composition and jazz performance majors.
