Shakespearean works include Venus and Adonis, Romeo and Juliet, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Titus Andronicus, Cymbeline, and The Winter’s Tale, paired with myths by Apuleius, Plato, and Ovid; retellings by Rilke, Auden, Zimmerman, and Bidart; and works of visual art.
