DANC 295 - Dance ConditioningHC ARHU 2 credits This course focuses on creating optimal physical conditioning for the intermediate and advanced dancer. Among other modalities, resistance training using Pilates-based exercises and physioball training will be explored. Focus will be on correcting inefficient alignment, balancing muscle usage, and improving range of motion. Students on the wait list must attend the first class meeting in order to be considered for any openings.
Prerequisites: DANC 200 or DANC 212.
