This course is an introduction to leadership development within the growth of successful businesses, teams, or institutions. We will identify the various types of leadership, the types of conflict they are intended to resolve, and practice the application and analysis of leadership development in various forms. The goal is to provide an introduction to the process of leadership development and give opportunities for students to practice these skills.
