MHST 301 - Introduction to Music Research and WritingFC CNDP, DDHU WADV 4 credits A practical course open to all students wishing to develop their skills in writing about music and to familiarize themselves with essential bibliographic and research tools. The course will focus on specific problems and mechanics of preparing a research paper; concert, record, and book reviews; program notes; etc. Recommended Preparation: MHST 101 and one 200-level course in music history.
Prerequisites: ESOL 130 (for students in ESOL sequence).
