BIOL 235 - Essentials of EpidemiologyFC NSMA 4 credits This course introduces students to the strategies and tools used by public health professionals to identify, investigate, and control important biologic, social, and environmental determinants of disease and health-related states in specific populations. Lab provides a hands-on approach to applied social science research; students will be introduced to methods of systematically solving research problems.
Prerequisites: BIOL 100.
