ATHL 102A - Cardio Machine Circuit

This course will introduce you to all of the cardio machines housed in the Shanks Fitness Center. You will learn how to safely use each machine and go through introductory to intermediate workouts. Upon completing this course, you will have the confidence and knowledge to use any cardio machine in Shanks for health and fitness purposes. May be repeated for credit.
