FCARHU4 credits This course offers intermediate instruction in interdisciplinary media installation art; that is, installations that include the use of video (projection, mapping, etc.), interactivity, sound, and networked media. We will examine the histories of media installation, develop technique, and address best practices for tech-based installations in the gallery and public/social space. Field trip(s) required.
Prerequisites: ARST 151 or ARST 158 or ARST 159 or (one course in TECH or CINE).
